Stories are often sparked by a vision. Assembly is no different. The vision developed from a desire to take the tradition of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, passed down through the finest training and instruction, and present it in an elevated environment with the highest quality of services and amenities. We envisioned a modern and artistic space that will serve as inspiration to enhance your training and help meet your goals. This includes ambitious individuals with competitive aspirations, as well as those searching for a space to settle back from the demands of the day. 

We believe Assembly is the manifestation of that vision.

As you walk through the doors, you will find that Assembly has been carefully curated for the modern practitioner – from the aesthetics of the décor, to the cleanliness of the of the mat space, and the warmth of staff, everything has been directed towards developing a positive space for our students to succeed.   

More importantly, as you sit for your first class, you will find instruction rooted in the traditions that have made Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the most efficient and practical martial art on the planet. You will take comfort in knowing you are in a collegial setting where your questions will be addressed with respect and professionalism. You will learn the art from an instructor with a lineage tracing back to Master Helio Gracie as well as medals from the most prestigious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions around the world.

Mission

A story devoid of a mission is hollow and unremarkable. It lacks the depth to inspire its own characters to grow and develop. Assembly is more than a gym and more than a space to learn a new skill. It is a place where you can feel comfortable making mistakes, where you will win and lose, where you will make friends and get to better know yourself. Our mission is to build a community of trust, hard-work, and mutual respect. 

We hope to grow this community of practitioners into one of the most respected Brazilian Jiu Jitsu schools in the nation based on our quality of students, competitors, and instruction.
