Henry began training at Assembly in February of 2020. Since the beginning, he has been an avid competitor, embodying the principles he imparts to his students. His dedication to the art is unwavering, and his knowledge runs deep—forged through countless hours on the mats and years of honing his craft.

Henry is a purple belt under David Garmo.
