Nick started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Martial Arts in February of 2021 in Grand Rapids, MI. He joined Assembly Jiu-Jitsu in June of 2021, where he quickly jumped into the competition scene spending most weekends driving all over the U.S competing any chance he got. After receiving his Blue Belt from David Garmo, Nick immediately showed his desire to further expand his knowledge and expertise by becoming a kids class instructor. Nick now teaches all our 6am classes and continues to be a full time competitor.
